The app is based on google maps so you can easily mark the location of your car, provide car details- such as car make, model, color and plate number. Our specialist will locate the car and perform the service ordered by you.
You can select one of the services listed in the “Park & Clean” mobile app. It can be only outside wash. Can be inside and outside or we can offer detailing service to your vehicle also.
Out services are available in almost every location of your city as long as: car is accessible for the service (possible to get to the car from all the sides), car is not damaged by clearly visible scratches (to avoid confrontation of who did the damage), car is not situated on direct sunlight for extended period of time (because very hot surface of the car complicates jeopardizes the quality of service, car is parked in the same location for at least couple of hours (it takes time for the car wash specialist to come to the location and perform the services).
When you book a wash-only service, we schedule the wash closest to your arrival time based on your flight details to ensure your car is freshly cleaned when you arrive.

If your flight is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. We will adjust our service timing to ensure your car is washed and ready when you arrive.
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time (in the airport parking) for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. For the mobile app ordered service- the service can be canceled before the process of waterless carwash has been started.
